Overview

From AI use cases to enterprise-wide value

Many organizations have accumulated AI pilots but still struggle to translate them into a coherent operating model. The central question is no longer only where AI can be used, but where it should support, augment, automate, disrupt, or fundamentally reinvent human activity, and what this implies for processes, roles, data, applications, and infrastructure.
We help organizations map their current AI use, define target AI operating models, identify the business and architectural capabilities required for each model, and build a roadmap from isolated use cases toward enterprise-wide value. The approach explicitly considers predictive, generative, and agentic AI and the increasing levels of capability and autonomy they introduce.

· Where should AI optimize, enable, augment, disrupt, automate, or reinvent work?

· Which operating model fits different AI use cases and business domains?

· What changes are required in processes, applications, data, infrastructure, and roles?

· How can successful AI use cases be scaled into an enterprise-wide capability?
