We investigate how digital platforms and AI are transforming complex sociotechnical systems and how computational methods can help explain their dynamics theoretically. Our research covers platform ecosystems, generative and agent-based AI, enterprise architecture, as well as computational approaches to theory development, for example using simulations and Large Language Models (LLMs).
