Practice

Digital transformation is converging.

Established firms are simultaneously building digital platforms, scaling AI, modernizing enterprise architectures, and strengthening digital governance.

Yet these initiatives are often managed in separate silos, creating duplicated efforts, conflicting priorities, unclear decision rights, and missed opportunities for value creation. We work with organizations to diagnose these challenges, co-design solutions, and test practical governance and transformation approaches.

Collaborations can take the form of research-practice partnerships, workshops, benchmarking and diagnostic activities, or student projects. The objective is mutual learning: generating practical frameworks and design principles for participating organizations while grounding research in consequential real-world problems.
