The focus topic "AI, Cloud, Platforms: Resilient despite Strategic Dependencies" was hosted by Prof. Dr. Andreas Hein.

The programme at a glance:

• Panel discussion. The highlight was a panel discussion with Patrick Naef, former CIO of Emirates, who shared his experience with the group.
• Interactive workshop. Participants then co-developed concrete approaches for staying resilient while relying on hyperscalers, AI providers and platforms.
• Research pitches. Finally, the researchers of our institute pitched their current research and collected feedback from practice.

We closed the day with an Apéro full of good food, drinks and valuable exchange.
