The following day focused on the most pressing IT topics on participants' agendas, complemented by current research insights from the Institute of Information Management at the University of St.Gallen (IWI-HSG). In an interactive workshop, participants collaboratively developed concrete approaches for how IT organizations can become ready for a world of human-machine collaboration.
