Collaboration between humans and AI requires good planning to ensure that the inclusion of artificial intelligence is successful and does not cause any harm. Prof. Ida Someh has examined 53 projects in which AI was introduced. She sought to find out under what conditions collaboration between humans and AI works particularly well. Using a specific research method (QCA – Qualitative Comparative Analysis), she identified five types of collaboration that can lead to success. She will present these in her lecture and show that it is not just a question of whether AI replaces or merely supports tasks. Rather, it is the right planning of collaboration that is crucial for the successful use of AI in companies.
