The Research Talk compares both approaches, highlights differences in terms of context, scope for action, interaction and results, and proposes an integrated perspective. It becomes clear that both perspectives merely illuminate different sides of the same phenomenon: Human-AI collaboration (HAIC) describes how humans lead with AI, while AM describes how humans are led by AI. A new framework model combines both approaches at the organisational level and enables a more comprehensive view of leadership with AI.
