In 2017, Sarah Oeste-Reiss received her doctoral degree from the University of Kassel for her thesis on “Leveraging the Potentials of Peer Learning – Conceptual Foundations and Reference Processes for Peer Learning”. Since 2020, she has been a BMBF junior research group leader at the Department of Information Systems at the University of Kassel and at the Scientific Center for Information Technology Design (ITeG). At the same time, she worked as an associated researcher at the IWI-HSG.
Sarah Oeste-Reiss's research interests include, among other things, the design, testing and introduction of digital and AI-based forms of collaboration and work in the context of interactive value creation structures and knowledge work, collaboration engineering, hybrid intelligence, socio-technical system design and the associated use of artificial intelligence in areas of digital learning and digital work.
