Prof. Dr. Tobias Mettler
In the current era of digitalisation and in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, the world of work has changed drastically. In his lecture, Prof Dr Mettler from the University of Lausanne will explore how remote working and digital technologies have transformed not only ways of working, but also surveillance mechanisms at the workplace. He will show how these technologies are blurring the lines between work and private life and presenting new challenges for management and employees.
Prof. Dr Tobias Mettler is a renowned expert in the field of digital transformation. His research interests include the digital transformation of companies, governments and society in general. He is intensively involved in social issues such as fundamental rights, health, demographic change and the well-being of citizens.
The course is open to the public and free of charge. Registration is requested to ensure attendance. After the lecture, there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas with Prof Dr Mettler and other participants over lunch.
